Registration Process

Fill out this form below and submit your registration. Total payment is required 45 days prior to the trip departure. Please return to www.voiceofwilderness.org/balance to make final payments.

Cancellation Policy

The deadline for refund in the event you wish to cancel your registration is 45 days prior to departure date. 
Cancellations received less than 45 days to departure date will not be refunded unless you are able to find a replacement; in which case a refund will be granted. V.O.W. reserves the right to cancel or alter trip locations and status due to insufficient reservations, unsafe conditions, or Forest Service Regulations. If cancellation of a trip becomes necessary your payment will be fully refunded.
