The hectic routine a man is often confronted with in our society causes the heart to yearn for a little time of retreat to a place that generates peace, enjoyment and spiritual renewal. A quaint log lodge nestled in the San Juan Mountains of Southwestern Colorado stands ready to welcome those who wish to satisfy these yearnings.

Each morning after a big buffet style breakfast, we will strap on a day pack laden with flyfishing gear, and hike to some of the best lakes, streams and rivers in the region. A unique spot or section of water, secluded in a narrow canyon, valley or meadow invites the angler to practice his skills against a variety of mountain trout. Before the sun begins to dip down behind the mountains each afternoon, we will return to the lodge, enjoy a home cooked meal, then settle down around the fireplace and tell stories about the one that got away.
