Then come with us to a mountaintop in the beautiful San Juan Mountains of Southwestern Colorado.

Experiencing the Wilderness

Each day you will have the opportunity to hike one of the many scenic trails In the area. Beautiful mountain meadows displaying an array of wildflowers, breathtaking waterfalls, and an abundance of wildlife are commonplace along the way. An overnight outing will be a part of this wonderful adventure, as we backpack into a nearby wilderness area and camp in one of the most beautiful valleys in the San Juan Mountains. We will explore the surrounding area, fish along the banks of a beautiful stream and have a mountain style cook out around the campfire before nestling down in our sleeping bags for a cozy nights rest.

Rafting and Hot Springs

After coming off the trail the next day, we will head to Pagosa for a long soak in the world famous hot springs. We will also spend a day rafting a section of the San Juan River, propelled by mild white water rapids through some incredibly beautiful mountain valleys and canyons.

Home Cooked Meals around the Fireplace

The evenings at the lodge will include wonderful home cooked meals and good conversation around the fireplace, but look forward to a romantic evening dining out at one of the many fine  restaurants in Pagosa Springs. So leave your troubles at home and come with us for a mountaintop adventure that will forever be remembered as a very special time in your marriage. Don't miss it!
